Management Team Jason C. Holt – President, Suncoast Beach Service I got started in the beach business when I was 12 years old. I helped my older brother who was working with a local beach service called Island Recreation. It was during this summer that I fell in love with the beach business and decided that this was something I wanted to do for a living. For the next several years I learned all I could and moved up the ranks to where I was responsible for the care of Island Recreations largest account. In June of 1996 I was given the opportunity by Mr. Buddy Hardin and Kaiser Realty to provide the beach service at their new complex, The Palms Condominiums in Orange Beach. In the years since, the company has grown to include the largest complex on the Alabama Gulf Coast, The Beach Club. Also, after the summer of 2001, I was able to buy Island Recreation’s beach service business. This was certainly a proud moment for me as I learned a great deal growing up and working for Island Recreation. I am confident that our company will continue to expand and prove itself even more successful than in the past.   Wade Andrews I met Wade at Island Recreation where we worked together and have remained close ever since. Through my working relationship with him I recognized what an outstanding person he is. It was because of this that I recruited him to join my firm in 1999. When he first started at The Beach Club it had only one tower and 128 units. It now consist of 4 towers and 656 units on 86 acres. Over the past several years Wade has done an outstanding job keeping up with the tremendous growth experienced at The Beach Club.
